My Approach
When we work together, I'll consider all aspects of your life. I believe you're the expert on your own experiences. My role is to be there for you, helping you make sense of things and working together to face challenges while building your strengths.
I offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can both decide if we're a good fit. Feel free to ask me any questions about my methods or experience. The primary objective of counseling is to explore our ingrained habits and emotional patterns, understanding how they may be causing challenges in our lives. Through this exploration, we can work on developing new, more constructive habits and patterns that lead to greater success.
The main approach that I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Although, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches. This diversity allows me to tailor my methods to your specific situation, ensuring that our counselling sessions are most effective and comfortable for you.
