When you get in touch with me through phone, email, whatsapp or the online form you will receive a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This provides an opportunity for both of us to have a brief conversation, allowing you to share what you're seeking assistance with and ensuring that we're a good fit for each other. During this discussion, feel free to ask any questions you may have. Please note that there is no obligation at this stage to schedule a session. However, if you decide to proceed with a booking, we will work together to find a convenient day and time for our meeting.

How to Book?

What to Expect in Your First Session

Typically, counselling sessions are scheduled on a regular basis, lasting approximately 50 minutes.

During our initial meeting, I will clarify the terms of our contract and confidentiality agreement, and request your agreement by signing a form. This will be followed by a conversation where I'll ask a few questions to gain insight into your current life circumstances. We will also discuss your expectations for counselling and what you hope to achieve from this experience.

This allows me to better understand your reasons for seeking counselling, and together, we will establish a working agreement outlining the terms and conditions of our partnership.

Confidentiality

I offer a secure, and confidential environment where I hope you will feel comfortable discussing any concerns or thoughts that are on your mind. To ensure this, I handle all personal information with the utmost confidentiality. I firmly believe that maintaining confidentiality and having a clear understanding of its boundaries is a fundamental requirement for effective and ethical counselling and psychotherapy.

During our initial meeting, I will provide a clear explanation of the rare circumstances under which confidentiality may need to be breached. If at any point you find these limitations unclear or need further clarification, I am more than happy to provide additional information.

Fees

€70 per session. I accept payment through SumUp. A receipt can be provided upon request.
